In North America, survey software firm Voxco and verbatim analysis tools specialist Ascribe have announced a collaboration backed by a strategic investment from Voxco owner Terminus Capital Partners, and promising MR clients tech to enhance data creation, analysis and business intelligence.
Cincinnati, OH-based Ascribe offers SaaS-based technologies with which clients can analyze verbatim comments from 'any' channel or language, including AI Coder, which it says enables responses to be coded and a summary delivered within an hour. Voxco is based in Montreal, Canada and provides a platform for the collection of survey data through multiple channels including web, mobile and phone surveys. Terminus, which is based in Atlanta, GA, acquired Voxco eighteen months ago for an undisclosed sum.
Clients will now get access to Ascribe's text analysis tech via Voxco's survey platform, allowing deeper insights into customer sentiments, preferences and emerging trends, gathered and disseminated more efficiently than before.
Voxco CEO Daniel Graff-Radford (pictured top) comments: 'I was blown away by the power that Ascribe's solutions brought to our market. This endeavor aligns with our mission to empower organizations with the tools they need to drive meaningful change through data'. Ascribe Chief Exec Rick Kieser (pictured below) adds: 'As the demand for high-quality, rapid analysis of open-end comments continues to grow, this partnership positions us to lead the market and meet that need effectively and efficiently'.
'We are committed to building a leader in the research software vertical' says Alex Western, Managing Partner of Terminus Capital Partners, 'and this platform combination represents a pivotal move towards driving innovation across the industry'.
