Client Solutions Hires for Emporia

Emporia Research, a B2B participant recruitment specialist headquartered in Austin, Texas, has appointed Cassie Bruno and Dan Sprofera as Client Solutions Directors.

Emporia's mrxCore platform automates parts of the research process for its b2b clients, including participant recruitment and verification, survey creation, interview scheduling and incentive payments. The firm secured $4.7m in a seed round of funding eighteen months ago, and last week announced its was expanding into healthcare research, including the recruitment of physicians, healthcare executives and clinical staff.

Bruno (pictured above) was Director Customer Development and then Director Account Management at Cint during a three-and-a-half year stay; and prior to this spent six years at Lucid (acquired by Cint in 2021). Earlier she held sales and PR roles.

Sprofera (pictured below) joins after eight years at 'knowledge on demand' company AlphaSights, most recently as VP Client Service.
