Sprinklr Replaces CFO with Former SAP Man
CX management platform provider Sprinklr has appointed Anthony Coletta as its new CFO, effective immediately.
Headquartered in New York City and with locations worldwide, Sprinklr's 'Unified-CXM' platform' captures massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels. The company was led by its founder Ragy Thomas until last year and up to that point had been enjoying large double figure revenue rises. Last June it appointed a Co-CEO, former COO Trac Pham, but dropped the arrangement only five months later, replacing both Pham and Thomas with Rory Read, who is also company President.
Coletta replaces Manish Sarin, whose departure was announced just a month ago. He brings more than twenty years of experience in a wide range of financial leadership roles, most recently from software firm SAP SE, where as Chief Investor Relations Officer he orchestrated financial markets communications. Before this at different times he held CFO roles for SAP North America, SAP Latin American & Caribbean, and SAP Market Units, as well as that of Chief Controlling Officer of Global Sales, Global Customer Operations. Before joining SAP he worked in finance and strategy positions at Siemens and ThyssenKrupp. He holds a master's degree in Economics and Applied Languages from Paris I Sorbonne University.
In his new role he reports to Read, who comments: 'We are thrilled to welcome Anthony to the Sprinklr team. His proven track record in scaling fast-paced businesses, driving financial performance, and strategic growth makes him an ideal leader to guide our financial operations as we continue our transformation journey. His expertise will be instrumental as we continue to evolve and harden our business and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.'
