SugarCRM Hires Product Leader
In San Francisco, sales automation platform SugarCRM has recently appointed Maksim Ovsyannikov as Chief Product Officer.
 SugarCRM offers customer intelligence software solutions for sales automation, marketing automation and customer service, and is backed by investor Accel-KKR. Last year it acquired sales-i, provider of a sales revenue intelligence tool.
Ovsyannikov (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience building business productivity solutions across supply chain management, HR, service management, salesforce automation, marketing automation and customer success, including spells at ADP, Saba, Zendesk, Salesforce and Grovo. Most recently he worked as EVP of Product and Design at customer retention software firm Gainsight.
SugarCRM says his appointment signals 'a bold new chapter' for its product strategy, 'where AI is taking center stage in shaping the roadmap and supercharging revenue intelligence and seller experience.'
