Nexxt Adds SmartSummary AI Feature

Nexxt Intelligence | inca has enhanced its inca conversational survey platform and AI Coding with the launch of SmartSummary, a new feature allowing users to generate summaries of open-ended responses. Users can also brief the AI with specific objectives, ensuring summaries are tailored to their research goals.

Toronto-based Nexxt was founded in 2015 and uses conversational AI to add qualitative depth to all the capabilities of a quant survey. inca (inquisitive natural conversation agent) uses conversational AI to improve and scale up qual response, powering Nexxt's end-to-end Big Qual platform as well as SmartProbeAPI, which adds qual probing capabilities to any quant survey platform; and AI Coding, which analyses and codes open-ended responses.

The new features include highlighting key differences across segments of interest to the user, complete with key participant quotes; and the ability to combine multiple open-ended answers into one analysis.
