VideoAmp Adds Two to Board
In the US, ad measurement tech company VideoAmp has two new board members: Jonathan Gear was most recently CEO of Clarivate, and previously President and CFO of IHS Markit; while Sari Granat was President and COO of Chainalysis, after serving as IHS Markit's Chief Admin Officer and General Counsel.
VideoAmp, which is headquartered in Los Angeles and New York with offices across the US, was founded in 2014 as a platform for buying, measuring and optimizing digital video ads, and in the last few years has ramped up its services as a cross-platform measurement currency competing with Nielsen.
Gear led a strategic repositioning at global information and analytics company Clarivate, to drive growth and focus across key markets. Earlier, during seventeen years at IHS Markit he helped scale the business and guide its merger with S&P Global.
Granat brings in-depth experience of technology, operations and governance leadership, and currently serves on the boards of Assurant and Venture Global.
CEO Peter Liguori says of the news, 'Jonathan and Sari bring an exceptional combination of strategic leadership and domain expertise. Their deep experience scaling global technology and analytics organizations will be invaluable as we continue to accelerate innovation and deliver the next generation of cross-platform measurement.'
