New CEO, Hire and More Promotions for VideoAmp

Audience measurement firm VideoAmp has a new CEO. Peter Liguori has been the company's Executive Chairman since 2023 and been a member of its Board for five years. Also promoted are Bryan Goski to CRO and Sharon Lee to Chief Legal Officer; while Dustin Jackson joins as CTO.

VideoAmp, which is headquartered in Los Angeles and New York with offices across the US, was founded in 2014 as a platform for buying, measuring and optimizing digital video ads, and in the last few years has ramped up its services as a cross-platform measurement currency competing with Nielsen.

The firm says the leadership changes and new structure mark 'a strategic step forward in its evolution.' Liguori (pictured) brings more than 40 years' experience of executive leadership in media, including senior roles at Tribune Media, Fox Broadcasting, Discovery Communications and HBO.

Bryan Goski has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing client partnerships and customer success across agencies, brands and media owners. A ten-year Comscore veteran, he joined VideoAmp in 2020 from FourthWall Media, originally as Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions. Lee has been the company's legal counsel for five years, after serving as counsel at Wilshire Associates.

Joining these, and Megan Opp who arrived last year and serves as Chief People Officer, Jackson brings in-depth product and engineering leadership experience to advance VideoAmp's innovation engine and support platform scalability. He was previously SVP of Engineering at Celonis and VP of Engineering at Google, where he led ad planning and customer engagement.
