Senior Product and Sales Hires for Stravito
Stockholm, Sweden-based knowledge sharing and decision-making platform Stravito has appointed Stephen Smyth as Chief Product Officer, and Lori Mills as SVP of Sales North America
Founded in 2017, and now with additional offices in London, Amsterdam and the USA, the firm helps larger corporations to store, discover, integrate and share market and consumer insights. It launched Assistant, an AI-based 'insights companion' in the Spring of 2024, and two months ago added Stravito AI Personas, providing interactive consumer profiles which can be used to test, refine and co-create ideas in real time.
Smyth (pictured above) brings more than twenty years of experience driving innovation across multiple industries, including co-founding Coord, a mobility technology company acquired by Google. In his new role he will lead Stravito's product strategy and execution.
Mills (pictured below) brings extensive leadership experience across consumer goods, insights and SaaS. She worked client side early in her career - at Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola and Kao Corporation - before moving into senior leadership roles at NIQ and SymphonyAI, leading enterprise sales and strategic partnerships. In her new role she will lead and accelerate Stravito's North American expansion.
Company founder and CEO Thor Olof Philogène comments: 'These appointments further support Stravito's evolution from knowledge management to a platform that delivers decision confidence, beginning with our research-grounded AI Personas. Stephen brings founder-level product vision to advance our roadmap, while Lori adds deep commercial leadership to expand our North American presence. Together, they will help more global brands turn their research into evidence-backed decisions that drive measurable impact.'
