Stravito Launches AI Personas Solution

Stockholm, Sweden-based knowledge sharing and decision-making platform Stravito has launched a Personas tool, offering interactive consumer profiles which can be used to test, refine and co-create ideas in real time.

The firm, which has additional offices in London, Amsterdam and the USA, helps larger corporations to store, discover, integrate and share market and consumer insights. It launched Assistant, an AI-based 'insights companion' in the Spring of 2024, and earlier this year enhanced it with features to accelerate and streamline processes.

The new Stravito AI Personas taps into each client's proprietary knowledge - for example from static PDF reports, segmentations or databases in other formats - to establish a context in which to extract insights and answers, simulating 'always-on consumer voices'. Visual data such as images and packaging can also be added into the mix. The firm says the offer, which has been piloted extensively with its consumer products client Lavazza Group, 'complements real consumer feedback,' offering testing of ideas where it may otherwise be impossible. Sources of information are shown, to ensure confidence and transparency, and as with all Stravito tools the results can be easily shared.

Human expertise helps to keep the results accurate - subject-matter experts in consumer research help tailor each AI Persona to company-specific needs.

Stravito intends to release further agentic tools in the near future, aiming to help clients 'power smarter market bets, generate and refine revenue-driving growth opportunities, and foster deeper customer connection.'
