Another C-Suite Hire for Sprinklr

Customer Experience Management specialist Sprinklr has appointed Michele Meyers as Chief Accounting Officer, starting on 5th January.

Headquartered in New York City and with locations worldwide, Sprinklr offers what it calls a unified customer experience management platform ('Unified-CXM'), capturing massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels. The company made a number of quick-fire leadership changes in 2024 before appointing former Vonage leader Rory Read as its new Chief Exec, in November. The senior hires have continued: this autumn it appointed Scott Millard as Chief Revenue Officer, Anthony Coletta as CFO and Karthik Suri as Chief Product and Corporate Strategy Officer.

Meyers (pictured) brings more than twenty years of experience to Sprinklr, leading finance and accounting functions for global, publicly traded technology companies including Coursera and Black Knight. Earlier in her career she worked at Altisource Portfolio Solutions and in audit management at Deloitte. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from the University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL.
