Investor Buys Into PureSpectrum
In the US, PureSpectrum has announced a strategic partnership with private equity firm TA Associates, which will support the research tech company in innovation, scaling up, and further development of its customer offer.
 PureSpectrum was launched in 2016 by former Cint US MD Michael McCrary, and provides a programmatic marketplace, driving more than a million survey sessions worldwide each day; and a sample management platform which includes the PureScore data quality solution, and anti-fraud features PureText and PurePrice. Recently, the Westlake Village, CA-headquartered company has extended its advanced synthetic research partnership with experience management (XM) giant Qualtrics, and appointed Research on Mobile founder Nader Kobeissi to lead its entry into the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
PureSpectrum says founder and CEO McCrary and its broader leadership team 'will remain meaningful shareholders' and continue to lead the company in close partnership with TA. The investment partnership will allow it to focus on and accelerate product innovation and platform scalability, while 'expanding what's possible across the market research ecosystem' and addressing 'critical industry challenges.'
McCrary says the company 'was built to raise the standard for quality, delivery, and simplicity in market research,' and adds: 'TA's deep experience supporting founder-led, high-growth businesses makes them an ideal partner as we continue to advance that mission.'
