Reid and Harris-Morele will jointly lead the South Africa business, reporting to Adeola Tejumola, Executive MD for the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye, Kantar Insights. The firm welcomes their 'deep experience, strong client relationships, and complementary strengths.' Reid rejoined Kantar TNS eleven years ago after running his own consultancy, Synchronicity Marketing Insights, for seven years - and earlier spent two years client side, at Heineken / Distell. Harris-Morele has a similar trajectory, also combining an early stint at TNS with client side work (seven years at L'Oreal) and a return to TNS / Kantar in 2015, since when she has served for seven years as MD for Sub-Saharan Africa. Saggers, who now reports to Harris-Morele, worked at Unilever and Philip Morris earliy in her career, and has spent the last decade at Kantar, most recently as Commercial Growth Director for SA and WECA.

Oseman serves already as MD for the Insights Division in East Africa, and now also becomes MD for WECA as a whole, reporting to Adeola Tejumola. Patton has worked as MD of Africa Insights and will now also serve as Chief Commercial Officer, WECA - reporting to Osman.

Tejumola says of the appointments: 'Please join me in congratulating our new leaders. I am confident this team will guide our region into an exciting new chapter of growth and impact as indispensable partners to our clients. I would also like to thank Ivan for his invaluable contributions, outstanding leadership and the legacy he leaves behind. We wish him all the best in his new adventures.'

All the above changes were effective from 1st January.
