New Leader for Kantar TNS SA

Kantar TNS has appointed one-time Added Value exec Ivan Moroke as its CEO in South Africa.

Ivan MorokeFor the past two and a half years Moroke has run his own insight and strategy consultancy, Co-Currency, based in Johannesburg, following a similar period as CEO of ad agency TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris. Prior to joining the agency in 2010, he worked in MD roles at Yellowwood Future Architects and Lowe Bull. He worked as a Project Director at WPP agency Added Value between 200 and 2004, and began his career with seven years at British American Tobacco (SA), initially 'selling cigarettes in rural areas of the North West Province from the back of a car'.

He is Chairperson of the Jury for the APEX Awards, regularly serves on the judging panels of other industry awards, and has served as Chair of the Brand Council South Africa (BCSA).

He starts on February 1st.
