Pureprofile Hires Director for Thriving UK Business

Pureprofile has appointed James Ward as Client Development Director in its UK team. He joins from panels company Norstat where he was Client Account Director.

Pureprofile is led by CEO Martin Filz and headquartered in Australia. The company provides online research solutions to corporate and agency clients, building in-depth profiles of consumers via proprietary and partner panels. Other recent appointments include former Kantar man James de Vick as an Account Director and former Dynata and Kantar Profiles researcher Tom de Vogel, as Business Development Manager for mainland Europe. Two weeks ago, the firm reported double-digit revenue growth (14% to $AUD 33.3m) for the first half of its Financial Year 2026, as well as profit (EBITDA) up 14% to $AUD 3.8m - and also informed shareholders that revenue for its 'Rest of World' business has overtaken that for its original home market of ANZ .

Ward (pictured) joined Nortsat in 2023 when it acquired Panelbase, where he was a business developer. Earlier in his career he was a Business Development Director at Veredus.
