Dig Unites Technologies for Continuous Insights Offer

Toronto, Canada-based Dig Insights has combined the technologies of its OneCliq and Upsiide brands into a new offer called Dig One, aiming to replace 'static' and 'episodic' outputs with a 'living' system of connected and continuously-updated insights. The company also has a refreshed visual identity.

Frank BeirneDig's more than 250 staff and proprietary technology help clients with brand and innovation challenges, identifying trends, building and forecasting the performance of innovations, or tracking opportunities in-market. The company operates a proprietary innovation insights platform called Upsiide, featuring mobile-first approaches to engaging respondents, as well as researcher-first analysis and dashboard capabilities; and last summer it acquired OneCliq, whose 'Cultural Context Engine' analyses consumer emotion across online content and conversations in real time.

The new Dig One platform is intended to help researchers make smarter and faster brand and innovation decisions, through a single interface supported by agentic intelligence and connecting social context, agile testing and storytelling. Dig says the new platform has been built around 'the outcomes insights leaders care most about' - including controlled and customizable workflows; confidence, data quality and security; and connected understanding across the brand & innovation lifecycle.

'Dig One reflects a fundamental shift in how we think about insights' says CEO Paul Gaudette, '- not as static outputs, but as a living system that helps teams learn, adapt, and move forward with confidence. By bringing our technology together, we're empowering both our clients and our teams to integrate insight continuously, move with greater agility, and still uphold the depth and rigor that Dig is known for.' CTO Frank Beirne (pictured) says the new platform reflects how the company itself already works, and where it believes the industry is heading.

The firm has offices in Toronto, Chicago and London, and is online at www.diginsights.com .
