Senior Shuffle, Hire and Departure for System1

Ad effectiveness platform System1 has appointed Mohan (Mo) Taylor as Chief Product and Technology Officer; moved Orlando Wood to Chief Creative Officer; and promoted both Andrew Tindall and Tristan Findlay to separate Chief Growth Officer roles. Chief Customer Officer Jon Evans departs the firm.

Mo TaylorSystem1 was founded as BrainJuicer in 2000 by current company President John Kearon, has operations on five continents and combines in-depth expertise with a database of more than 100,000 ads, to allow brands to compare their ads against those of competitors. Its offer includes Test Your Ad (TYA) and Test Your Innovation (TYI), which predict the short- and long-term commercial potential of ads and ideas, while Test Your Brand (TYB) measures the impact of ads and ideas on brand health.

Taylor (pictured) joins from digital asset management and content intell firm Tenevos, and over the past fourteen years has also held C-Suite Product and Technology roles at North Plains Systems and A Million Ads. Earlier he spent ten years at OpenText. He joins System1 to lead product and technology strategy and teams, as the firm develops new AI-enabled products, and builds its recently relaunched platform, Test Your Ad Competitive Edge.

Wood will continue to lead System1's creative vision, with an expanded brief across thought leadership and brand, shaping advertising and innovation strategy. He joined BrainJuicer in 2005, and was made Head of its Labs methodological unit in 2010. He is promoted from Chief Innovation Officer.

Tindall, previously SVP of Global Partnerships, is promoted to the executive team as Chief Growth Officer - Advertising, and his extended remit includes leading change and growth across System1's advertising proposition, while continuing his responsibility for partnerships and thought leadership. Findlay, who joined a year ago as Managing Director of Innovation, now becomes Chief Growth Officer - Innovation, overseeing product updates, new launches, partnerships like BionicX AI, and thought leadership.

Evans is leaving the company to manage the Uncensored CMO podcast, for which he has been responsible since its launch, and of which System1 will now be founding sponsor. During seven years at System1, Evans led the launch of Test Your Ad, and was responsible for System1's branding, commercial partnerships and new business.
