Bilendi Adds Self-Service Coding Platform
In Paris, panels and research tech firm Bilendi has announced the launch of a self-service Text Coding Platform, turning open-ended answers into structured, actionable data.
Bilendi collects and processes data from consumers, citizens, patients, professionals and other groups, to help researchers understand society and help 'economic and political actors to make informed decisions.' It now has more than 600 employees and 21 offices worldwide, and provides access to more than 4 million participants through proprietary panels in 44 countries.
The company says the new platform can handle everything from local interviews to massive international datasets, and taps its suite BARI (Bilendi Artificial Research Intelligence) to ensure the preservation of 'methodological depth' during the rapid and streamlined process.
Users are promised full control and real-time project tracking, and the tool has support for complex hierarchical codeframes, allowing researchers to pivot seamlessly from broad trends to granular sub-categories. Clients can also process complex multi-country studies simultaneously - BARI 'speaks' all major languages, according to the firm, ensuring structural consistency across different regions and cultural contexts.
Bilendi Text Coding Platform is also available as a standalone self-service platform, allowing clients to upload and process their own external datasets.
CEO and founder Marc Bidou says the new software 'delivers the most advanced approach to verbatim coding available today,' adding: 'This is how we raise the bar for quality, efficiency, and standardisation in market research.'
