Bilendi employs more than 650 people, in 21 offices worldwide. In September last year the firm said it would be adding twenty new markets to the thirteen core European countries covered. It announced a US panel eleven months ago, and last December's acquisition of Netquest has speeded its opening in a number of Latin American countries. The most recent additions include Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Bilendi says all its panels give access to continuously validated respondents, tapping its proprietary 5-Layer Quality Score and guaranteed by its certification to the ISO 20252:2019 standard. CEO and founder Marc Bidou (pictured) states: 'Our clients require a trusted partner who can deliver both significant global scale and consistently high data quality. This commitment is at the core of Bilendi, which is why we prioritise data integrity and continuously extend our panel coverage. The result is a broad global reach with essential local expertise, guaranteeing the reliable, high-quality data our clients need to succeed in any market.'
