Onclusive Debuts Unified Media Monitoring Platform

Onclusive has launched a new platform bringing together media monitoring, measurement and management capabilities.

Rob StoneThe company was formedfour years ago when software investor Symphony Technology Group merged acquired firms Kantar Reputation Intelligence, PRgloo and an existing data science specialist called Onclusive.

The firm says the new AI-powered solution provides communications, PR and marketing professionals with a single place to track coverage, engage journalists, optimise workflows and analyse media performance. This 'Unified Platform' consists of four modules - Mention, Review, Contact and Measure - supported by a single login, shared dataset and consistent interface.

The platform is based around the Global Content Hub, Onclusive's integrated media database, which processes large volumes of content daily across media types. Users can monitor brand coverage across print, online, broadcast, podcasts and social media - via self-service and managed solutions; receive curated press reviews and manage content workflows; identify and engage journalists and influencers using a media contacts database; and track performance and measure impact through tools including integrated AI.
