Good Times Continue for Pureprofile
Australia-based Pureprofile has once again reported strong growth, with revenue up 17% to $AUD 14.8m in the third quarter of its financial year 2026, and EBITDA rising 67% to $AUD 1.0m.
Pureprofile provides online research solutions to corporate and agency side clients, building in-depth profiles of consumers via proprietary and partner panels, to help businesses understand, target and engage with their audiences. The firm was founded in 2000 and is based in Surry Hills, NSW, Australia.
The company has been expanding rapidly beyond its home markets of Australia and New Zealand. Unaudited results for the quarter ended on 31st March show ANZ revenue up 16% on a pcp basis to $7.6m, and Rest of World (ROW) revenue up 23% on a constant currency basis, to $7.2m. While the ROW figure overtook the ANZ one last year, the principal currencies in which the company works are USD (c.53% of ROW revenue) and GBP (38%), both of which weakened against the Australian dollar (AUD) - hence ROW dropped back below 50% despite a strong performance.
Platform revenue - encompassing the company's scalable, technology-enabled offerings - grew 100% to $4.4m, supported by continued expansion of API-driven integrations and growing adoption of automated data delivery solutions.
CEO Martin Filz (pictured) said of the results: 'Q3 FY26 reflects continued momentum across the business, with strong revenue growth and a significant uplift in EBITDA demonstrating the operating leverage in our model. We were particularly pleased to see ANZ return to more typical growth levels during the quarter, while our international business continued to deliver strong underlying performance, notwithstanding the impact of foreign exchange movements... With a diversified revenue base, increasing platform contribution and disciplined execution, we remain well positioned heading into the final quarter of FY26.'
The company, which during the quarter acquired Australian qual specialist CRNRSTONE Research, and promoted former CPO Niamh Fitzpatrick to the new role of Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), is online at www.pureprofile.com .
