TestSet Adds SVP Customer Experience
Ackwest has appointed Jeff Reesing as SVP Customer Experience at its TestSet subsidiary, with a remit to lead the division's customer strategy, driving innovation, flexibility and quality across a range of industry solutions.
ACKWEST was launched two years ago by MR industry veterans Hugh Davis and Keith Price, as a holding company for tech-driven consumer insights and marketing services firms. The company invested in first party data specialist TestSet almost immediately, and helped it to launch its services in Europe, bringing in MD Colin Turner-Kerr and Director of Operations Dina Patel to lead the region.
Reesing (pictured) brings two decades of experience of sales and sales management, spanning data and research companies. Most recently he was SVP, Corporate Sales & Customer Experience at Dynata.
