Alchemer Upgrade Enhances In-App Feedback
Customer experience and feedback technology company Alchemer has upgraded its Alchemer Digital offering, to promise faster and more precise gathering of in-app feedback.
Founded in 2006 as SurveyGizmo, Alchemer is a KKR portfolio company and provides survey, workflow, audience, communication and analysis tools, integrated into common business systems across the enterprise. Since 2024 it has also offered full service research.
Alchemer Digital allows client companies to collect feedback within mobile apps, web sites and SaaS applications, promising a clear, continuous view of user experience with opportunities to capture feedback, engage users and understand sentiment. The company says more than 55 million people interact with Digital each month and more than half (58%) 'show intention to leave a review.'
With the latest release, users of Digital can make use of recurring digital prompts to improve response rates, and help organizations easily connect with customers in-app multiple times to drive outcomes and encourage feedback; efficiently create, manage and track surveys and prompts across multiple apps from one place, via the multi-target interactions capability; and work quicker and more securely, as well as promoting a better user experience, thanks to an enhanced SDK.
'Digital teams need continuous, contextual feedback that connects to action and results,' says Chief Customer Officer Ryan Tamminga (pictured). 'Our latest Digital release extends our ability to make it easier for organizations to capture meaningful in-app insights with a best-in-class user experience, while also increasing their app store ratings.'
