C-Suite Promotions for Leger

Leger has announced a new leadership structure, which it says will accelerate its integration of technology and expertise. COO Dave Scholz and CGO Sandie Sparkman add responsibilities, while Sébastien Dallaire is promoted to Chief Insights Officer and Sarah Mottet to Chief Transformation Officer.

Dave Scholz, Sandie SparkmanFounded in 1986, Leger now employs more than 300 people across eight offices in Canada and the United States. The restructure aims to ensure the company integrates technological advancements - in particular AI - with its research expertise to deliver 'tangible client value' - including deeper analysis, more meaningful recommendations, and faster decision-making.

Scholz joined Leger in 2020 after working at Consumer Vision, and served as Chief Strategy Officer before becoming COO. He now has expanded responsibilities that include Human Resources and Finance, enabling more integrated and agile execution across the organization. Former Ipsos exec Dallaire, who rejoined Leger in 2024 at EVP level, takes the new CIO role with a remit to 'further elevate the quality of Leger's insights', advance research best practices, and support the company's largest North American clients.

Sparkman's mandate has been expanded to include Communications, Marketing and Specialized Research teams, in addition to leading the Leger Sales team. Mottet is promoted from VP, Transformation and AI and will lead Leger's technology transformation, including the integration of artificial intelligence across operations, products and services, and ways of working.

Sébastien Dallaire, Sarah MottetCEO Jean-Marc Léger says of the moves: 'Our clients operate in an environment where decisions need to be made faster than ever, without compromising on quality. Our new leadership structure will allow us to better leverage the expertise of our 325 professionals across 24 teams, fully integrating our AI innovations into the way we work. This will enable us to deliver richer, more strategic insights with unmatched speed.'
