VideoAmp Appoints SVP, Agency Partnerships

In New York, audience measurement firm VideoAmp has appointed Andrea Zapata as SVP, Agency Partnerships, leading its buy-side revenue organization

VideoAmp is headquartered in Los Angeles and New York with offices across the US, and was founded in 2014 as a platform for buying, measuring and optimizing digital video ads. Today the company helps clients throughout the campaign decision-making process providing a 'comprehensive' view of media performance across streaming, digital, and linear TV. Last month it added AI-powered reporting to its census-level campaign measurement solutions.

Zapata (pictured) brings more than two decades of experience bridging data and revenue across the media industry, and joins from T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, where she was Vice President of Advertising Data, Measurement and Partnerships. Before this she served as EVP of Ad Sales Research, Measurement and Insights for Warner Bros. Discovery, including working directly with VideoAmp, on WBD's evaluation and adoption of alternative measurement currencies during the 2023 upfront cycle, and overseeing full-funnel attribution strategy across the company's streaming and linear portfolio.

In her new role, she reports to Chief Revenue Officer Bryan Goski, who states: 'Andrea brings a powerful combination of market credibility, strategic perspective, and deep experience across data, measurement, and media. She understands the pressures agencies are under, the expectations advertisers have around proof of performance, and the opportunity in front of us as the industry moves toward a more intelligent and connected future.'

Earlier this week, US standards body the MRC clarified that VideoAmp has removed its ratings from the audit / accreditation process, but said the company would reassess its position in 2027.
