Three C-Suite Promotions for Rep Data

New Orleans-based MR data quality specialist Rep Data has announced three senior promotions: Ashley Burkardt to COO, Ricky Odello to Chief Revenue Officer, and Ryan Rothe to Chief Growth Officer.

Rep Data was founded in 2019 by former Lucid and Research Now exec Patrick Stokes. The firm offers a centralized DIY sampling platform called Research Desk, and an anti-fraud software platform, Research Defender. It acquired ReDem, an in-survey data quality solution, in February, and has since been expanding its business in Europe.

Burkardt (pictured above) has led operations at Rep Data since joining the company in 2023, overseeing service delivery, program management and growth operations as the firm acquired SightX, ReDem and OWL Solutions. In her new role she will oversee global operational functions across client delivery, technology platforms and cross-functional execution. Prior to joining, her roles included leading the North American delivery team at Lucid during its acquisition by Cint.

Rothe (pictured below) is promoted from the CRO role he has held since 2023, and will now lead the company's long-term growth strategy across market expansion, strategic partnerships, marketing, revenue systems and sales enablement. Prior to joining the firm he held senior roles at Qualtrics and Research Now.

Odello (pictured middle), previously EVP of Sales, now steps into Rothe's old role, adding responsibility across Rep Data's global sales organization and customer-facing revenue functions. He has nearly twenty years of MR experience across enterprise sales, commercial strategy and business development, including work as EVP for the Americas at Cint, and sales leadership roles at Lucid and Survey Sampling International.
