Mexican Viewing Data Deal for Mediametrie's Glance

TV and video market intelligence provider Glance has announced a partnership with Mexico's ad currency body ACAM, promising the former's clients a complete picture of TV viewing behaviour in Mexico.

Salma Esteban and Frédéric VaulpréGlance is the international TV and video market intelligence division of French measurement company Mediametrie. Glance specialises in international TV markets and provides official TV ratings for more than 7,000 channels in over 120 territories. The firm has offices in Paris and London - in 2024 it absorbed UK company TAPE Consultancy. In July it reached a similar deal with Dutch audience data organisation NMO.

ACAM (the Alianza para la Calidad de la Medición Multimedia en México) is the country's official TV audience measurement body and the first JIC created in Latin America. The organisation reports daily information on TV audiences, both households and individuals; programming; and competition and advertising investment.

'Glance has unrivalled expertise in bringing local TV data to a global audience,' says Salma Esteban (pictured left), Head of Business & Operations at ACAM, 'and we are pleased to be working with them. We look forward to growing our international presence together.' Glance SVP Frédéric Vaulpré (pictured right) says the new partnership 'follows a transformative period for Glance, which has implemented significant advancements in offerings, deliverables and production methods over the last 12 months, with more planned later this year.'
