Glance Adds Dutch Viewing Data

July 16 2026

Glance, the international TV and video market intelligence division of French measurement company Mediametrie, has added the Total Video dataset of Dutch ad currency body National Media Onderzoek (NMO) to its services.

Glance logoGlance specialises in international TV markets and provides official TV ratings for more than 7,000 channels in over 120 territories. The firm has offices in Paris and London - in 2024 it absorbed UK company TAPE Consultancy - and today it boasts more than 230 flagship clients.

NMO is managed and funded by the Netherlands' commercial and public media organisations, media agencies and advertisers, and measures audiences across smartphones, tablets, streaming services, broadcaster apps and TV sets. Total Video was launched recently and combines data from panel studies with census data from participating broadcasters, among other inputs, to provide a complete picture of Dutch TV viewing behaviour. This includes linear, time-shifted and on-demand viewing across that the organisation describes as 'all imaginable screens and devices.'

NMO Total Video data will now be available to clients around the world. Patricia Sonius, Managing Director of NMO, says Glance is 'the ideal partner to bring NMO Total Video to the international stage.' She comments: 'Together, we can ensure that the Dutch video market gets the global attention it deserves.'

Glance SVP Frédéric Vaulpré comments: 'The Netherlands is an undisputed TV trend setter and we're proud to be acting as NMO's international representative. By adding Total Video to our global TV viewing analysis, we're now able to help our clients better understand the Dutch TV market and give an even more robust worldwide view of popular TV trends.'

Médiamétrie employs over 700 people and achieved a turnover of EUR102.2 million in 2025.
