Automotive and Mobility Specialist Joins MM-Eye
In London, MM-Eye has announced the appointment of Claire Harding as Senior Research Director, boosting its expertise in automotive, future mobility, luxury, premium customer experience and strategic innovation.
MM-Eye combines quant research with in-depth emotional understanding, with a particular focus on high-value, 'discerning' audiences. Services include the proprietary IDEAL approach and ThoughtScape methodology. A month ago it appointed Rosaleen Goldrick, former Chief Client Director at Ipsos, also with the title of Senior Research Director.
Harding (pictured) brings more than twenty years' experience as an insight and strategy leader. She worked for Winchester agency Marketing Sciences, prior to joining GfK as a Research Director in 2005 - she spent ten years at the global group, working across sectors but with a strong specialism in automotive. Since 2015 she has been Co-Owner and Managing Director of Lacuna Agency, and also worked as a Senior Associate at Sports consultancy Seven League. She joins from See Research where she spent the past year as a Senior Director.
In her new role she will strengthen MM-Eye's automotive and mobility offering, help develop key clients, and build new propositions across luxury and premium CX research. Her remit also includes contributing to the firm's development of new research approaches. Managing Director Damien Field says of the new arrival: 'We're delighted to welcome Claire to MM-Eye. She brings outstanding depth in automotive, mobility and premium-sector insight, as well as the commercial perspective and leadership experience that come from building and running an insight business herself. Claire's ability to navigate complex audiences, strengthen senior client relationships and translate evidence into strategic clarity will be a real asset as we continue to grow our offer and help clients move from better to best.'
