August 17 2026

In London, MM-Eye has appointed Rosaleen Goldrick, former Chief Client Director at Ipsos, as Senior Research Director. The move strengthens the agency's expertise in understanding premium, luxury and high-value audiences.

Rosaleen GoldrickMM-Eye combines quantitative research with in-depth emotional understanding, with a particular focus on reaching and understanding high-value, 'discerning' audiences. Services include the proprietary IDEAL approach and ThoughtScape methodology.

Goldrick (pictured) brings more than 25 years' experience in brand strategy, segmentation, innovation, customer brand and purchase decision-making, with a particular focus on understanding what drives people towards one premium brand over another. She has worked across sectors including FMCG, beauty, financial services and technology. Prior to working for Ipsos she held senior roles at Kantar and a number of other MR agencies.

In her new role she will work across MM-Eye's client portfolio, bringing her experience to existing relationships as well as helping to develop the company's offer to premium and luxury brands. MD Damien Field says the new arrival 'brings the breadth of experience and perspective that comes from working at the highest levels of one of the world's leading insight businesses.' He adds: 'Her appointment says something about the kind of insight business we want to be. At a time when AI is making it easier for everyone to get to 'better'. Getting to 'best' requires experience, judgement and human understanding - qualities which Rosaleen has in buckets!'
