AOPS Hires Chief Operating Officer

In the US, independent healthcare fieldwork and data collection firm AOPS has appointed Michelle Hendrickx as Chief Operating Officer.

Launched five years ago by healthcare fieldwork veteran Jerry Arbittier, AOPS (Arbittier Opinion Panel Systems) combines deep healthcare sampling expertise, specialist programming and hands-on senior leadership, in a business model targeting more qualified completes and reduced execution risk.

Hendrickx (pictured) is based in the Boston area and brings decades of industry experience. She held senior leadership positions at OWL and IQVIA, building extensive experience across healthcare research operations, survey programming and research delivery.

The firm says her appointment marks a significant step in its continued growth, expanding its capabilities beyond healthcare recruitment to a more integrated offer including survey programming, data collection and fieldwork management.
