C-Suite Promotions for StackAdapt

StackAdapt has announced two leadership promotions: Pinar Ozyetis to Chief Legal Officer and Anna Grodecka-Grad to Chief Client Officer.

Established in Toronto, Canada in 2014, StackAdapt helps marketers to accurately reach, engage and convert audiences, and to measure the results across the customer journey. In the past few years it has launched a number of measurement and insights features, and in July it added a targeting and measurement suite for the US political advertising market, combining political audience creation, voter intelligence, campaign measurement and optimization.

Ozyetis (pictured above) joined the company in 2022 as General Counsel and built its Legal function from the ground up - the firm says with its expansion to more than 1,800 employees worldwide it faces 'increasingly complex legal, regulatory and commercial needs.' Her earlier experience included six years as General Counsel at retail solutions firm LoyaltyOne - initially focused on the AIR MILES reward program and later company-wide.

Grodecka-Grad (pictured below) was appointed SVP of Global Client Services in 2024, after working in strategy, analytics and data science roles at Google Ads, Amazon and MediaMath. She leads one of the company's largest units, with c.400 employees. Both promotees will continue to serve on StackAdapt's executive leadership team in their expanded roles.

CEO and co-founder Vitaly Pecherskiy comments: 'Pinar and Anna have both played critical roles in StackAdapt's growth. Pinar built our Legal function from the ground up and has helped us navigate the complexity that comes with becoming a global company. Anna has transformed how we support our customers at scale, leading one of our largest and most complex organizations.'
