flowres Partners to Offer End-to-End Qual Platform
US company flowres has added participant recruitment and incentivization to its offer, rounding out an integrated qual research suite which already includes conducting fieldwork, analysing conversations and curating insights.
The firm says a connected workflow avoids the manual effort and duplication involved in hand-offs between the stages of a research project. Partnerships with Respondent.io - for participant recruitment - and Tremendous for incentive fulfilment. The launch also marks a significant expansion in flowres' market, beyond qual agencies, consultants and in-house qual teams, to encompass UX and UI researchers, product research, R&D and innovation teams.
In line with the firm's core belief that technology should reduce operational complexity by fitting around established research workflows, flowres' technology now allows users to conduct sessions through familiar video-conferencing platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, collaborate with stakeholders through integrated virtual backrooms, analyse qualitative evidence using AI-assisted workflows, create video stories and curate presentations using SlideBuilder, flowres.io's PowerPoint add-in.
Founder and CEO Jiten Madia (pictured) comments: 'The boundaries between market research, UX research and product research are blurring, and rightfully so. Researchers across these disciplines face similar operational challenges. Our vision is to give them a single platform that supports the complete research journey, from finding the right participants to communicating insights that shape better decisions.'
The new capabilities are available immediately to clients across the USA and Europe. The company is on the web at www.flowres.io .
