Third Office for Holden Pearmain

UK-based agency Holden Pearmain Research has announced the opening of its third office in Surrey. The expansion follows the recent appointment of a dedicated Director for the Customer Loyalty sector, and the launch of a Qualitative Research division.

Over the last year, the company's increase in revenue has resulted in a parallel increase in staff numbers. Speaking of the expansion, David Holden, MD, says the company has been quick to respond to the upturn in sales by increasing team sizes.

He adds: 'We recognise that there are levels to be maintained, and exceeded, in providing each client with the full service delivery on all research studies.' The company has what it terms a 'zero tolerance' approach to project management, which promises clients that there will be no variance from agreed timetables and deliverables.

Over the last month, the agency has appointed Tom Worth to head up its Customer Loyalty practice (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4779.htm ), and Amanda Simpson to lead the company's new qualitative division (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4705.htm ).

The company, which specialises in advanced analytics, provides research into the consumer electronics, pharma, healthcare, financial, food and drink, IT, media and telecoms sectors and is online at www.holdenpearmain.com.
