ad:tech Rolls Out Media Metrics Events
US-based conference producer ad:tech is launching a series of ten regional events to explore the latest concepts and practices in media and web metrics. The events, entitled IMPACT: Key Metrics for Marketers, will take place in the US and Canada between February and April next year.
The events were announced at ad:tech's recent interactive marketing conference in New York.
Jim Sterne, founder of Target Marketing and President of the Web Analytics Association will provide the keynote presentation - Tracking the Customer Funnel - at each event. This will be followed by breakout sessions and further presentations.
Don Knox, VP at ad:tech, says the events will deliver 'practical, real-world examples and tools to marketing professionals, as well as a forum in which to network and connect'.
According to Susan Bratton, ad:tech Chair: 'The series brings together current and future stars of the industry to discuss hot topics and participate in educational showcases'.
The schedule is as follows: Seattle, February 28 Los Angeles, March 2 Phoenix, March 7 Denver, March 9 Dallas, March 14 Atlanta, March 16 Miami, March 21 Boston, March 23 Cincinnati, Ohio, April 4 Toronto, April 6
ad:tech held interactive marketing conferences in both Shanghai and New York this month. Conferences in London, Chicago and San Francisco are planned for next year.
