Senior Analytics Appointments for InsightExpress

In the US, online research firm InsightExpress has expanded its analytics team with the promotion of John Pemberton to VP Senior Director of Research Development & Consulting, and the appointment of Stephanie Young-Helou as VP Director of Marketing Sciences and Consulting.

Pemberton, who has more than 13 years' advanced research experience, joined the firm in 2005 as Director of Research Development & Consulting. He previously held senior positions at Market Vision Research, TNS/NFO, The Farnsworth Group and Walker Information. With a Masters in Economics from Indiana University-Purdue University, he has also taught business-oriented statistics courses there for the past 17 years.

In his new role, Pemberton will lead the development and enhancement of the company's web-based research solutions and client statistical support.

Young-Helou joins the firm with more than 20 years' experience. For the past 12, she has led the Marketing Sciences department at Walker Information where she helped refine the company's automated analytic reporting systems. Prior to this, she was VP at Knowledge Management and at Marketing Sciences. She has a BA in Management Science and holds a Masters in Mathematical Statistics from Ball State University.

Her new position includes responsibility for pre-sales consultation with clients, project and team management, and the development and refinement of the firm's suite of analytic products.
