Itracks Sells Call Center, Strikes Deal
Saskatoon, Canada-based online data collection specialist Itracks has sold its call center to market research firm Advanis. The two companies have also formed a partnership that will allow Itracks access to a network of over 250 call stations.
Dan Weber, President and CEO of Itracks, says the deal allows his firm to focus on its core online offerings, and still provide additional research services to customers. Joe Sauer, CFO of Advanis, comments: 'The addition of Itracks' call center is part of our ongoing effort to meet demand without compromising quality. We are thrilled with the outcome of this acquisition and our new partners.'
