In New York, Thomas Hartley has joined GfK Custom Research North America as Vice President of GfK Customer Loyalty, to lead customer loyalty and employment programs.
Hartley joins from Morpace, where he worked as Vice President responsible for strategic planning, research and analysis and training/action planning. Prior to this, he worked at Gallup as a Senior Consultant, and spent five years as an Assistant Professor for Political Science / Senior Research Director for the Center for Survey Research at the University of Connecticut.
