Maktoob Research has appointed Jigar Mehta as Business Development Manager in its Dubai office. Prior to joining, Mehta worked for market research off-shorer Ugam Solutions, where he was primarily responsible for developing and managing clients in the North American region. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies and a Masters Degree in Marketing from Mumbai University, India. In his new role, Mehta will help growth the firm’s client portfolio across various industries in the United Arab Emirates. ‘We are very pleased to have Jigar on board,’ said Business Development Director, Sameh Lutfi. ‘With several years of solid experience in sales, market research, business development and account management, he will certainly bring a lot to the table.’ Maktoob offers access to what it bills as the largest active consumer panel in the Middle East and North Africa.
