Progressive Digital Media
July 14 2009

UK online marketing, market research services and ecommerce group Progressive Digital Media (PDM) – which now owns The iD Factor and ICD Research – has appointed Mark Freebairn to its Board as a Non-Executive Director.

PDM first announced it was involved in a ‘reverse takeover’ with communications group TMN, when TMN suspended trading in its shares on AIM. The latter’s shareholders gave the deal the green light in June, when they also voted in favour of changing TMN’s name to Progressive Digital Media Group plc.

Freebairn is the head of the CFO practice at executive search firm Odgers Berndtson. He has more than fourteen years’ experience in this field, during which time he has been commissioned to find and recruit both executive directors and senior executives, as well as appoint a number of non-executive directors.

PDM Executive Chairman Mike Danson comments: ‘Mark’s cross-sector experience and extensive business relationships provide him with an invaluable insight into the issues faced by companies across a broad range of industry verticals. The Board very much looks forward to working with him over the coming years.’

The company plans to appoint an additional non-executive director by 25 September 2009.
