SK&A Information Services
December 7 2009

Healthcare information provider SK&A has promoted Jack Schember to VP of Marketing and added to the remit of VP of Operations Albert Chang.

Schember joined the firm in 2006 and has since led a 99% increase in sales leads and a 259% increase in marketing-generated sales revenue, as well as revitalizating SK&A’s brand image and online presence. Before joining, he was a Marketing Manager for the software division at Melissa Data.

President and CEO Dave Escalante says he has ‘absolute confidence that Jack and his marketing team will continue to drive SK&A’s brand forward, enabling us to maintain existing clients, sign new ones, grow our business, and continue to expand SK&A’s presence in the U.S. market.’

After one year at the firm, Chang adds the oversight of its Research Center, where its database of two million healthcare-provider and professional contacts is housed and developed; including the direction of Research Center projects and MR services for SK&A clients. He already leads the Corporate IT, Data Fulfillment, Customer Service, Software Engineering, and Quality Assurance Departments.

Chang, whom Escalante describes as ‘a great asset to our company’, has sixteen years of experience in the area of operations and finance management, most recently as VP of Data Quality Management for Experian, and previously at JP Morgan Chase and The Bank of New York.
