In the US, medical MR firm Evolution Marketing Research has appointed Leo Gibney as a Director, to initiate and manage research projects. Evolution provides qual and quant research, consulting services, project management, advisory board monitoring and other services to pharma, biotech and medical device companies. Before joining, Gibney ran Leo Gibney & Associates, his own agency specializing in pharma and medical marketing research. Prior to this, he was an instructor at Temple University, where he taught courses in psychology and research methods. He also completed his doctorate work at Temple, earning a PhD in Social Psychology. During his career, Gibney has completed research projects for a large number of pharma, biotech and medical device companies; and conducted hundreds of focus groups and thousands of one-on-one interviews with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
