In Germany, international research and consulting firm Vocatus has promoted Oliver Bössow to the position of Head of Research & Implementation, responsible for the firm’s market research division. Munich-based Vocatus conducts studies on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, price optimization, decision-making processes, service quality and employee commitment. Bössow, who joined the firm in 2005 as a Senior Project Manager, has more than 15 years’ services research experience. He was previously Head of Customer Satisfaction studies at GfK, and worked as a Project Manager at INRA and Ipsos. ‘In the past, Oliver has helped develop many new research approaches and methodologies,’ states CEO Dr Florian Bauer. ‘His promotion was logical, to help us further develop our methods and tools as part of the firm’s expansion.’ Web site: www.vocatus.com .
