Independent shopper behaviour specialist Shoppercentric has appointed Kristen Campbell Davies in a permanent role as a Director, after six years in which she has worked as part of the associate team.
A former Trends Forecaster at Initiative Media, Campbell Davies has 18 years’ experience as a market researcher, both qual and quant, with extensive experience in packaging and advertising responses as well as brand frame-working. Earlier, she was a Qualitative Director at Hall & Partners Ltd. In her new role she will help refine qualitative research methods and will help clients to fully understand shopper motivations and drivers.
