Kieran ThomasIn the UK, mystery shopping and performance improvement firm Grass Roots has promoted Kieran Thomas to the post of Commercial Relations Manager and Libby Clark and Henry Nash to Project Directors, while hiring Fiona Wilson as Project Director.

Hertfordshire headquartered Grass Roots conducts 150,000 mystery shops per annum for clients in the retail, financial, automotive, telecoms and leisure sectors.

Thomas has worked for the firm for three years as an Account Manager, looking after mystery shopping and customer satisfaction programmes for key clients.

Clark and Nash both join the relationship management teams to support Account Managers with day-to-day delivery of clients’ programmes.

Most recently, Wilson worked at customer service evaluation company Retail Active as an Account Director. Before this, she spent two years at Retail Eyes working on a variety of projects for clients in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing a team of account managers.

‘It’s great to be able to strengthen our team by bringing in new people and offering personal development opportunities to existing colleagues,’ stated Jamie Thorpe, Head of Commercial Relations. ‘We merged our Learning and Measurement teams earlier this year and these appointments will help us to offer an integrated approach to our clients.’
