UK-based MR and consulting firm Cello Group plc has announced that Chris Outram is stepping down as a non-executive director with effect from 20 July 2010, following his recent appointment as Chairman of CyDen Ltd.
In a statement, the Board said it thanks Outram ‘for his valuable service over the past three years and wish him well with his future business activities.’
