In New York, business intelligence product provider 1010data has appointed retail and consumer packaged goods analyst Robert Marklein as Vice President.
1010data offers a data and analytics platform that draws insight directly from raw data. Marklein joins after a decade at consumer goods giant P&G, where he focused on news ways of analyzing data to obtain insights about how shoppers make decisions in stores. Prior to this, he worked at Walmart/Sam’s Clubs, analyzing customer specific data to support retail positioning, and key shopper segmentation to further drive traffic into stores.
