US data collection firm ISA has promoted Jennifer Holland to the post of Vice President, Client Services. ISA offers telephone, online, IVR, face-to-face and qualitative services from its headquarters in Van Nuys, California, and regional offices across the US. Holland joined the firm in 2007, having previously worked as an Account Executive at Colwell-Salmon. In her new position, she will continue to manage key ISA accounts, while being involved in new business development in the Northeast region. ‘In the three and a half years Jennifer has been with us she has made tremendous progress, showing an aptitude for keeping existing clients extremely happy, while expanding her client base with effective prospecting,’ states Paul Sherman, SVP - Sales and Marketing.
