Social media and digital communications specialist David Jones has joined Proximity Canada’s Strategy and Insights group as Vice President, Social Strategy.
Based in Toronto, the agency offers data analytics, direct marketing, interactive services and promotions/event marketing.
Jones joins with more than 18 years’ PR, marketing and communications experience. Most recently, he worked at Hill & Knowlton Toronto, where he was VP and Group Leader, Digital Communications.
Prior to this, he held senior roles at Fleishman-Hillard, Thornley Fallis, Molson Canada, Edelman, Harbinger Communications, and the Royal Canadian Golf Association.
