In the US, IT consulting firm Perficient has appointed ISG Vice Chairman Edward Glotzbach as a member of its Board of Directors.
Perficient helps clients use Internet-based technologies to improve productivity and competitiveness; strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers and partners; and reduce IT costs.
Glotzbach has been Vice Chairman of ISG (Information Services Group) since 2007 when the firm acquired sourcing advisory firm TPI, where he had worked as CEO and President. Prior to that, he spent more than three decades with SBC Communications, latterly as EVP and Chief Information Officer.
In addition, Glotzbach is a current member and former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Webster University, a member of the Board of Directors of The Laclede Group, and a member of the Audit Committee of Edward Jones Financial.
Perficient's CEO Jeffrey Davis says Glotzbach’s addition to the Board will be beneficial as the company ‘embarks on its next wave of growth’.
