In the UK, insight agency Nunwood has promoted Emma Carter to the role of Talent Management Director, with a seat on its Board of Directors. Nunwood operates worldwide from offices in Leeds, London, New York, Amsterdam, Sydney and Auckland. Last year, the firm reported double digit growth, and staff numbers rose by more than 15%. Carter joined the firm in 2000, since when she has overseen all key HR functions such as recruitment and selection, performance management, employment law, training and development, diversity, disciplinary and grievance procedures. During this time, she has supported the growth of the business from one employing five individuals in Leeds, to an organisation which now has more than 120 staff around the globe.
